Just wanted to say that Paypal disputes can't be reopened. So if you've opened a dispute and got a pending refund, it may be a good idea to wait to close until it goes through.

Travis has an Excel document where he logs how many requests for an album he gets in this thread.  When the tally reaches 250, then he knows that Hot Topic will be able to press the 800 copies necessary for a release (estimated 250 will be sold to VCers, 150 to regular non-VC shoppers, and the rest go to lazylabradorrecords on eBay).  So, if you've been clamoring for an ETID repress but not seeing any change or progress it is likely because its the same few posters asking for it and not 250 different posters.

They're pretty slow about replying, but are good about sorting things out once they get to it. And yeah, says on the website that they're on vacation starting the 16th. I had 2 records get warped/bent this summer and they sent me replacements no problem. One I did have to email them a few times though

I had to find the date i purchased it, total amount of the purchase and the last 4 digits of the credit card. That was the credit card bill I found.
 
Ikea has warranties on many of their items. They tend to stand behind their products - except for when they change the stock number apparently. It's 2 years old and I don't think it was misused unless it wasn't made for records to be held on it?
