  1. Their prices really range depending on the album. Some single black lps are $12 (my disco) while some are $20 (manglehorn ost). Mogwai's 2xLP in black is $20 while this Tarentel is $25. And double color seem to stick around $30ish. I assume there is some reasoning, packaging or otherwise for the differences just because they've been so good in the past regarding what they charge. So I'd like to believe they aren't jacking up prices just to do it.
  2. According to Beggars, the outer box was "just extra packaging for shipping UK copies." I know that some of the Canada ones got them as well. But they weren't intended as a part of the actual record. But it would have complimented the RHP box nicely on my shelve.
  3. Great poster. Really wish their 2 lps would get repressed so I affordd them. If anyone still knows where to get an orange one of these let me know.
  4. How'd I miss this? Love this band and still wear my god machine shirts as much as possible.
  5. around $90-$100 seemed to be the standard rate. You figure BullMoose generally doesn't overcharge and theirs were just over $100. My local shop who tends to price things very reasonably for rsd had theirs for $90 in store which is the same as turntablelab and some other online retailers. So anyone charging $130 has to be price gouging.
  6. So did anyone in the US get it with the pizza box?
  7. Yeah I got screwed for $110 but figured I may not find another copy locally. The first store I went to had just sold their only copy for $90. I didn't want to risk having to pay $150+ shipping on discogs.
  8. Had to drive 30 miles towards Detroit but found one for $110 which was probably $20 too much from what I've seen elsewhere. No pizza boxes on any of this shops either.
  9. My store got 1 and the first person in line who bought about 40 things got it. Sure it was a flipper. Anyhow is the "pizza box" only a europe thing? This store and a bunch i am seeing on ebay from the US don't seem to have it.
  10. Screw the sound quality, this performance just launched them to a whole different level in my opinion. For such a hyped up festival they were the band everyone was talking about when it was all over. Closer had just come out a few months before this gig and that was the only song a majority or people knew by them and I think that they were just blown away by their stage energy. But I have no interest in listening to it on LP. Gladly buy a blu ray though.
  11. Old Ramon up on Sub Pop now. Not seeing anything relating to a Loser edition though. Looks like they just made the old version available again so I expect this really is the same except for maybe the runouts. https://megamart.subpop.com/releases/red_house_painters/old_ramon
  12. That made me think that I probably don't need two copies of the Black Wing. If anyone in the States wants the limited to 500 green version they can have mine for $15 + the cost of media mail. Just pm me.
  13. Thanks for the heads up, i just grabbed the Black Wing green/clear that was exclusive to a bundle originally.
  14. The record store day list for the US listed this as 2000 copies. So it's not going to be impossible to find. Especially if that 2k number is really for the US and not worldwide as their list tends to be from what I've seen.
  15. There's an unopened copy of the Vinyl Film boxset for sale on disogs for $85 right now. That is about the cheapest I've ever seen it on there is anyone still needs one. Oddly 2 local stores by me also just posted new copies of this for sale on discogs just this past week, but they both want $100 for them (Underground Sounds, and Stormy Records). Makes me wonder if a few more of these just got sent out somehow? Anyhow if you are in Michigan it may be worth calling them to see if they'd take more around retail price.
  16. Yeah very bummed i missed this too. I just got an email from them with a subject of "Witch signed vinyl" a few minutes ago. I'd say that came a little late since it's been sold out for 24 hours.

  18. I doubt the demand will be as crazy as it was for the RHP box but it seems like nothing is "easy" to get on RSD lately.
  19. I always wondered if they actually did cancel any of those box set orders. I purchased mine a couple weeks after it was originally posted/sold out when they accidentally put it back for sale on the site. And even I got that one. So i would have hoped that anyone who ordered one when they were initially up would have received theirs too. Does Sub Pop usually do Loser editions for reissues? I'll wait just in case but I'm guessing this will just be a standard repress.
  20. Well with shipping from England it came to around $60 total. I have a tendency to check my wantlist way too frequently on discogs and occasionally get lucky. I would have rather had been smart and just ordered it when it came out and then i could be listening to it right now.
  21. Got lucky and grabbed this from discogs today for $45. Glad there are still people out there that don't try and flip everything the second it goes oop.
  22. Just went up. Not announced on FB yet so go get yellow if that's your thing as their limited to 100 versions usually sell out fast. http://www.daisrecords.com/collections/music/products/youth-code-commitment-to-complications-lp VINYL limited to: - 100 on Yellow Splatter on Clear - 400 on Opaque Violet - 500 on Black/White Marble & Swirl - 900 on Black Comes in a matte jacket with spot gloss artwork, printed inner sleeve, and lyrics sheet with MP3 download card.
  23. Coincidentally I got a book of Vaughan Oliver's 4ad artwork today in the mail. 4ad's design and packaging back then was absolutely amazing.
