    Coolbeans.

Still so curious as to what the limited is going to be...

I have to imagine Brand new will follow with the way they usually press colored records. For the limited it seems very realistic that the initial preorder was /500. I'd imagine the indie store exclusive would be out of either 500 or 1000. They are pressing the records themselves and fronting the costs, so limited numbers of 500 for different colors would certainly move that inventory pretty fast.

  2. Ross of Ceremony's New band

Here’s the debut tape from CRISIS MAN, the sound of standing barefoot in the garage and watching all your stepdad’s power tools on the shelves gradually rattling to the floor. Five songs of heatstroke music performed by alums of Ceremony, Acrylics, Violent Change, a pure punk blend featuring bending and winding guitar parts twisted alongside springy bass lines and hopping mad drum hits while the vocalist barks and growls like a coyote lost in a Whole Foods hot bar. Straight to cassette in a Tascam tone warm as a Novato sunset, a must-have for tape flippers and headcleaner huffers alike.

  3. I don't want to go to Riot fest but at the same time I have always said to myself I would travel for a jawbreaker reunion.

I do imagine they will play more gigs, but I really want to catch this.

I am also hoping their set conflicts with someone like Prophets of Rage or Paramore. I feel regardless of this reunion taking 21  years, Jawbreaker still will not be the big draw the replacements & Misfits were.

  4. I would certainly check out Saint Vitus in Greenpoint either for a show or just a drink.

also if you want a cool museum I recommend the Tenement Museum

  5. 2nd Edition Available!

Deathbeds gets it’s second treatment as a hardcover, in a jet black linen red foil stamped cover with a red ribbon bookmark. Photos coming soon.

Deathbeds was released in 2007, compiling the lyrical content of Eisold's work in renowned bands American Nightmare, Some Girls and the beginning of his current moniker, Cold Cave. Along with the tour journals, poems and prose of early fanzines, Deathbeds is the comprehensive work of an artist in their twenties trying to connect with the outside world. Deathbeds is the beauty that is the struggle of depression and growth that is rarely written down and documented coherently. Bursts of energy that needed to get out in order to see another day. These words came from a place of desperation but ended up inspiring others with how relatable not being able to relate is.

First published in 2007, a paperback edition of 1,000 copies sold out instantly. A second edition was published in 2012 and was also gone immediately. The first edition hardcover was released in November 2016 and also sold out immediately.

    Heartworm # 69. Edition of 500.

***This is a PRE-ORDER and is expected to ship March 1.
