Kuzma now that's my other favourite tonearm manufacturer, Can't fault your taste in tonearms.

It's definitely a special listening experience, but other than pure resolution, what the setup does is present the music almost JUST as the artist intended.  Body, tone, textures, details are all fleshed out really.  Very addictive and its not really about cost.  It's about attaining proximity to the sound in one's head.  I am sure ALL your music will come through!  If you are ever around Southern California, you are welcome for a listen.

Hmmm, we should maybe do a SoCal meet up!   Spin some records, enjoy some beer and enjoy a chat.

This is NOT my setup, but I took some pictures earlier today at a friend's place where we were auditioning these new tube mono block amplifiers, the Zesto Eros amps.
 

 

New addition as of today....a dual arm setup on my VPI TNT 6:  
 

So you can run different cartridge and arm combinations at the same time, high end arms don't tend to have removable headshells so changing carts isn't that easy and when you are using carts that cost into the high four figures you don't want to take risks.
 
You can also do the same using two turntables, my main system has two pink triangles in it, one with a good cartridge in it for everyday cooking vinyl and one with a very expensive one for Sundays and special days. It used to be quite the norm with better amplifiers back in the early 70's for them to have two phono selections and connections so you could do this and even today if you have a phono stage that switches between MM and MC and has a set of input connections for each then you can do the same easily.

I'm not sure if any of you guys are aware of this, but there is currently a HiFi event going on at the Irvine Hotel called the SHOW at Newport.

Got a pair of speakers I've been dying to get for many years, but I never got around to it.  Thought I was outta luck when they went out of production a few years ago.  But I got a pair thanks to some amazing circumstances that the universe cooked up....
 
Single Driver, no crossover...just perfect artisan, hand crafted speakers and art.
