  1. Works for me. I was kinda thinking that maybe some people only look here and not in the general FS section.
  2. Over two years since anything was added to this thread, but I'm wanting to know if it's permissible to post FS/FT trade things here (cassette only) that you've already posted in the regular FS/FT section? Not wanting to cause a problem before doing so! Thanks for the feedback.
  3. Found one brand new on discogs for $25 and finally listening now. It's my first VMP that I've owned and holy hell, it sounds amazing! They did an amazing job with this. Not sure it could sound any better. Love the weighty vinyl and cut to 45 rpm. Top notch all around.
  4. Damn, no Air Supply! Why you no have Air Supply? I want Air Supply!
  5. I have these in the for sale section of the site.
  6. If by chance you have T-Mobile for your regular cell service, you are all set and don't need to get any other service while in Europe. They are a German company and it's quite a good perk for using their service. Goes without saying I suppose but the ladies in these three countries are most easy on the eyes, so brace yourself to be overwhelmed. It's really something else.
  7. Hell yes, I need to get this. Worth it for Blind Curve alone, which I could easily listen to in a loop for some time. FWIW, the label just put up video/audio uploads on Youtube the tracks for the Live at Utrecht 1985 portion of it. Sounds really good too. Script... is right here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heYEFeKutSU
  8. Late to the party I realize, but anyone have Fiona Apple - Tidal they don't need and want to sell for non gouging prices? Worth a shot I suspect.
  9. A small mountain of cassette tapes up for grabs. All are priced except for two, that are up for offers i.e. kinda rare! Price is based on median price on Discogs or where I could find previous online sales, which is not easy in some "cases", get it cases? Many of these are a one and only pressing, since tapes were not what records are now. Condition is conservatively VG+ mostly. The tapes and J cards are quite clean, but the outer cases are scratched and have wear. Rarely cracked or broken though. Further condition info will be given should you PM about a title. Want to be upfront before a purchase is made. Only right really! Shipping is $3 via media mail in a padded envelope, regardless of amount purchased. Payment via Paypal please. I rarely post here, mostly lurk occasionally, but there are some here who will vouch for me, from the Dead Format days. Any questions, feel free to ask. **Not looking to trade unless you have Posies - 'Frosting on the Beater' LP for trade. ** Bad Religion - How Could Hell Be Any Worse? 10. Ordered SDRE at about 7AM EST on Sunday, thanks to a tip from Modern Vinyl on FB. Haven't received a shipping notification, that I'm aware of, yet.
  11. Very good news! Any Oceansize news is always good news. A criminally underrated band, IMO! So hope this band gets back together one day and plays some shows or makes new music.
  12. Doesn't really seem to be a true test pressing when there are 50 of them. FP is truly an amazing piece of music and I'm not against supporting a band, but the shenanigans these guy do with their vinyl pressings are nuts.
  13. Recycling an old thread and admittedly didn't read the previous pages. Anyway, I have wondered how and why Insound operates as they do, since they were formerly an actual (warehouse) store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. After that their address was on Broadway on Manhattan. Now they seem to be somewhere in the south. Anyway, today I got an email that is obviously them, but it's from Warner Music Experience [email protected]. Weird. They do have good deals on stuff sometimes, but must just be a clearing house to unload shit that isn't going anywhere fast!
  14. Went there the other day for the first time in a bit and no boards to be seen, as previously mentioned here. It's been waning for some time, but honestly sad to see the boards there gone. I'm still updating my collection info, but really should considering backing it up elsewhere. Nick does (amazing) woodworking now, so his focus is elsewhere. Wish he'd let someone else take it over, who can knock it out of the park.
  15. By all means, tell us how you really feel! Sheesh! Someone poop in your cheerios, Dude?
