Vital for me is right up there with Cities. This new album is good, but not the best. Definitely feels like much more of a "moody" album as previously mentioned. Just doesn't quite feel 100% there.

Today's score was Underoath's 2x10" Sawblade set. Definitely a fan of how the set is packaged.

You are correct. It is in fact black. The plastic had a barcode on the back when I bought it that said yellow. Weird. Made that post before I had listened to the record.

Well it definitely came out pretty awesome. I actually love it when liner notes come like that. Reminds me of the Cope deluxe box set. Came with the lyrics on newspaper print.

Yep, just found a red one online haha. Still haven't seen the purple. They were probably more limited than the ones I have. I wish the official LTJ releases page was actually up to date haha.

Hmm the one I have is blue. These are the only ones I'd seen thus far. I'll have to keep an eye out for the purple one. I tried to find extra info about them online but couldn't find anything. And I unfortunately couldn't make it out for the shows when these were sold. =/

Updated post with updated, less blurry pics. Most of the GNV FLA variants. The only ones I know are missing are red and purple silkscreened covers. Complete variant set of the most recent record, See the Light. Had to combine the two pics bc apparently I posted too many for one post haha. First handful of random 12" records. Greased and Borders & Boundaries variants. All my shaped, odd sized records and last couple 12" records. G-Man/TV EP variants. Kemuri/Megadeth/Slayer/Muppets variants. Do the Math/Smoke Spot/J Church variants. Crash Course and Pesto variants with a couple other random records. The last bunch of random 7" records. And last but not least, the Cereal Box.

For me, I only really collect variants for my favorite band, Less Than Jake. I have a few random variants with a couple other bands I really like but those particular bands generally don't have a ton of crazy vinyl releases. Usually just one or two presses and no singles or EPs etc. And for a listening copy, if I have a black version then that will usually be my listening copy. And with that said, pics of said LTJ collection will be posted in a bit.

My deluxe arrived the other day. The lyrics thing came out way nicer that I expected.

Got mine in the mail today. Looks soooo nice. Glad I picked this up.

Scored all 4! Hell yea! Processing took a while to load but I received the confirmation email right away.

An X-Men 7" would be absolutely amazing. That and the animated Batman series were pretty much all I watched as a kid.

Well heres to hoping. Gonna try for Harley and Joker at least.

Finally bit the bullet and ordered this. It's my favorite album from Mogwai. Hopefully it ends up shipping out sooner than the September date.
