Prayer for Cleansing /100 second press and also /200 black 180g first press are now available here: https://divebombrecords.bigcartel.com/product/prayer-for-cleansing-the-rain-in-endless-fall-lp
Pricey though. And $8 for media mail shipping. Ouch.

The Outer Heaven album is going to be an absolute ripper and an AOTY contender for death metal. I missed out on the /135 from Relapse, but Vinyl Altar still has a /135 neon orange variant available: https://vinylaltar.bigcartel.com/product/outer-heaven-infinite-psychic-depths-neon-orange-ltd-100-copies

Love this band, can't wait to see them again. New song sounds good. It'll be interesting to see how Steve is differentiating Mutoid Man from Cave In musically on this album and going forward. I thought one or two songs on Heavy Pendulum wouldn't have been out of place on a Mutoid Man album either.

I tried for a wax mage on the stroke of noon and they were just gone instantly. Oh well.
The pricing is totally justifiable given the number of variants in small quantities and handmade elements.

Somewhat off-subject, but while we're complaining about Discogs ... I'm sure many of you have noticed an uptick in scammers on the platform in recent months. Looks like tonight the madness has reached new heights. Over the last hour or so, two scammer accounts have created more than 900k fake listings and counting, i.e. these two accounts have more than 1.2% of all active Discogs listings between them. And yes, they are very obviously scammers to any frequent user on the site, but I guess the idea is to rely on volume to generate as many payments from newbie buyers as possible between now and whenever Discogs gets around to taking them down, which in some recent cases has been a painfully slow process. What a mess.

I'm very tempted to pick up the Putridity 2x LP + 7" bundle from Willow Tip. Excellent technical brutal madness: https://putriditydeathmetal.bandcamp.com/album/greedy-gory-gluttony

Chepang's new album Swatta is out today, with a /100 splatter variant available on Bandcamp. Excellent grind band, always put on great shows.

Where the Mspaint LPs at?
Northern Scene in Canada sent around a PO status update for all their exclusive releases the other day and it mentioned that MSPaint is delayed. No idea how much of a delay that translates into for domestic US buyers though.

June 16th release, PO live from Wax Bodega:

Looks like the last EP was just a little detour; the preview track sounds more like a continuation of I Became Birds.

Got it. That's a lot of work, I respect that.

I'm curious why you would choose to use MS Access rather than just entering your collection in Discogs, where it's associated with marketplace data and more portable.

Drowningman - “Busy Signal at the Suicide Hotline” (+ 2 songs from Dillinger Escape Plan split) is up
Any idea how many of each there are? The Patient Zero/ Smartpunk variant is out of /100 apparently.
By the way, the latest Hydra Head pressing is still available from the label for $15 in black or clear.

Didn't see another thread for DAIS or High Vis, and judging by the reception the band received last weekend in Brooklyn they merit their own tread.
Blending repress now available for preorder. Fantastic record.

This one has been available for a minute, but I don't think it's been mentioned here. Purusam's Daybreak Chronicles finally got a vinyl release courtesy of Svensk Hardcore Kultur. In the wake of bands like Refused pushing the boundaries of what hardcore could be, Purusam put their very own unique spin on metallic hardcore by infusing it with some other elements while undeniably sticking to their hardcore roots. I was fortunate to catch a pair of their shows with As Friends Rust in Germany in the late 90s and I've kept coming back to the Daybreak Chronicles ever since. Highly recommended!

Gel / Scowl split flexi exclusive to New Noise Magazine:
Thanks! I'll bite. I tried to buy Issue 3 of Creem Magazine the other day because it has a Botch feature. That issue alone was going to cost $49 including tax and $11 for media mail shipping. 8 issues of New Noise with the flexi for $44 seems like a steal in comparison.
EDIT: New issue also available without sub for $6. Even better!

Nothing against melody at all, but that is a bummer of a lifeless pop punk song. And I hesitate to use the word punk, because it has so little energy. Vocals don't sound like Brendan either. I hope this is just a weird one-off, really doesn't feel like Turnstile at all.
