Yes, they should.  Pretty much every other retail store that offers % off deals, takes the % off of items that are already on sale.  If you go to Kohl's with a 30% off coupon, you get that % off of full price items, sale items, and even clearance items.  Same with Kmart, Macy's, Sears, Target.

Goddammit, I am tired of people complaining about the cost of a record. I see people dropping $25 on two Budweisers at a concert. I see people dropping $5 a day on their stupid Starbucks shit. I see people dropping $50+ to drink at a bar every weekend. If you don't want to pay $25 for a great record, something you can listen to and enjoy again and again, then get the fuck out of vinyl collecting. Or just steal the mp3s. Jesus Christ.

Okay, I talked to someone international (user: enyonjacob) who wanted both of these and needed to save on shipping. As soon as I bought the records, he stopped replying. Wow, indeed. After reading the back this is an EU pressing. Manufactured by Konkurrent. Great price then. Sounds great.  The inners are glossy paper, nothing like the inners for the US version.
