I finally got a car stereo with a usb input. Now it's everything on a tiny flash drive. No more mess of CDs in my car!

This record is so fuckin' heavy good. I bought mine from tko when I was down there, but also saw it at Amoeba today, so should be readily available by now. If you don't buy this you are a fool. A fool I tell ya!

With all of the stories I have read on these boards about crappy service and non-shipped records, I am surprised people would even consider doing a subscription with them. I know I have never ordered from SRC because of the stories. Good luck.

I am really happy with this color. Came out cool.

SOME people did have it on their lists. Instead we have mostly junk on this so called best of the year. The fact that Title Fight made it and Converge did not, pretty much sums up the relevance of that list.

I don't have mine, but I wrote them and they said it shipped. If it's actually shipping from San Rafael that is strange I don't have it yet because I could have easily driven there and picked it up myself. It will probably be on my doorstep tomorrow.

FB is about finding out what your "friend" ate for dinner, discovering a new quirky meme, or watching the latest zany cat video. Myspace will be focused primarily on music combining the best features of related sites all in one place(that's what they tell me anyway). Two different ideas.

Yep, they are completely changing the site and there are other Myspace things coming up. The company my sis works for owns Myspace and it looks like they could do really well in the future. Keep in mind that they are still beta testing and plan on adding more features. I wrote my sis an email about what I liked and didn't like and what I wanted to see. She forwarded it to her boss and it became this big talking point at one of their meetings. I've been communicating with someone at Myspace about what I want to see, one thing being a Bandcamp-like feature, and it soundsl like they are on the right track. Of course, I talked about the resurgence of vinyl and about how they need to partner with indie labels and release some limited promo editions. Now that I've got my sis liking Gaslight, who knows what could happen...

Yeah, the show really blew me away. I knew it would be good, but not that good. I would say it was even better than when I saw them in the 80's playing with the Go Go's and David Bowie. Everyone was so into it and happy. The Specials have announced a tour, so hopefully I will get to see that.

I agree with everyone else, this new one is the one to start with. It took me a long while to truly understand Converge. The first time I heard them I was kinda like WTF? Even then I knew that I would eventually become a fan(atic). In some interview, Jake provided the analogy along the lines of listening to Converge is like learning a new language. Once you understand it, you live it. I am happy to have reached that point.

Clear? Damnit! That is my favorite non-color. Congrats to anyone that scores one because I'm not holding my breath.

Just couldn't resist. Twennyfive for both was a very reasonable price. Still doesn't make sense to my wallet because it's not like I am trying to keep my collection complete. I have no hope for getting all the other pressings unless I win the lotto.
