Bummer 😥
Hello! As you're probably aware, the first vinyl pressings of Girl Talk's Feed The Animals and All Day sold out in only a few hours. Unfortunately, as we shipped copies out we discovered a larger number of damaged copies than we originally assessed—mostly with the gatefold jackets. Although we fulfilled a large percentage of orders over the last four weeks, we regrettably didn't reach your order. Here are some options to still receive a copy or a refund:1) Wait for the repress. Due to some of the issues with the pressing plant, we're exploring various options to improve the repress. We are committed, though, to making 1000+ more copies, and doing it with higher quality gatefold jackets that can better withstand shipping. It will happen! If you want this option, you don't need to do anything. We will keep your order on file, and you'll be at the front of the line for the repress. We will update you monthly on the status of the repress.2) You can request a damaged copy, and be refunded $5-10 per jacket depending on whether the damage is minor or more significant. The damages mostly affected the gatefold jackets, and you can let us know how much of a refund you would like for the damages when you receive it. We will try to find copies with as minimal damage as possible.3) Alternatively, if this is too much wait or hassle, you can request a full refund at any point in time. You only need to reply if you're choosing option 2 or 3.All the best,PhiloIt stinks that yours got cut off, sorry. Looks like great customer service though. My gatefold for FTA crumpled a little on the inside, and you can only see it when the gatefold is open. To me it's just part of the vinyl game, not really a big deal at all.
Can't say I've ever seen a choose-your-own-refund before. Hopefully most people are honest about it.

Yeah, I still stand by cutting the choir tracks, Roman Holiday and maybe another one (Hairpin Turns or Where is Her Head?) to get it down to about 50 minutes and its a great album.
Aw man, Where Is Her Head is one of my favorites on the album. Glad it made the cut. To each their own!

Has anyone received their Rock Sound variant yet that lives in the states?
I got mine 2-3 weeks ago

For anyone thinking about this, this is $36 record (after $4 coupon code) with $11 shipping + $5 to get into the Patreon. Crazy expensive in my opinion

I liked when she said mouthfuck. Great album

So after this happened, I contacted UO chat support, and they're like "Sorry about that, we'll have a replacement sent and email you when it's coming!" Today, almost two weeks later, I thought, "Hey, sure has been awhile to have not gotten that email" and get on chat support again. Apparently they sent it along to have a replacement sent and found that they were out of the stock of the item, and their solution for this was to... just do absolutely nothing. No email to me explaining that they ran out, offering a replacement, apologizing for the screw-up, nothing, apparently just hoping I completely forgot about it so they get to keep my money. I got my refund now, but still, for a company as big as UO, that's pretty lame.
(Sorry to bump the thread for this, I'm just venting.)
Dude honestly, fuck UO. I remember when I ordered a record from them, it sold out extremely quickly, then a couple months later they put more copies up. Well, they fulfilled the SECOND wave of orders but not the first. I sent an email asking why they filled orders after mine and yet not for me who was there first, and their reply was simply, "Sorry, there were not enough units to fulfill all orders." Completely dodged the question with a dumbass answer, but I'm sure that was more Hanlon's Razor than anything. Scum ass company. I canceled all my open orders with them after that. Maybe I'm throwing a baby tantrum but I fucking hate UO and their commodity vinyl market. Sorry to hear about your experience.

Someone got a signed print where she wrote "I love you -Phoebe" on it instead of just a sig. Maybe there are a bunch of differently signed prints? That would be neat of her. Regardless, she's cool as fuck and this album rules.

Looking for the lavender version of SITA to complete my collection. People all of a sudden have been posting sales for outrageous prices so just looking for something near median value. Thanks for your help!

Hummingbird heartbeat should have been a single
It's baffling that it wasn't. Would have beaten the record for most #1 singles on a single album then as well (assuming).

I tried this. It does not.

What a band. A lot of beautiful variants with this one. Love to see so much pride and thoughtfulness put in to each of these deluxe editions. Really cool.

If it helps at all from what I've seen their most recent album was self released by them as well on vinyl and it's super high quality, both in terms of physical presentation and the pressing quality.
I do have that one actually, and you're right--it's an excellent package. I really like this band a lot and want them to press everything and succeed but I think the price point is a really hard thing to overcome. I don't know how big their following is but I assume it's modest, which makes it even tougher. 150 is a lot more to go especially considering that the lion's share of most preorders (I'm assuming) come in when it first goes up. Just wish there was another way for these records.

Can't wait for each variant to be exclusive to a different bundle
