Most every time there's something big like this releasing the site crashes. I don't know anything about the site-owning end of things, but why can't they prepare for a large amount of traffic? This just makes it tough for everyone.

Did everyone's cards get charged? My cart was suuuuper laggy, PayPal wouldn't work so I used a debit card, and I did get a confirmation but I have no charges on my account. I don't want this to be a non-order and miss out, aaaahh

I got an email from Topspin today stating that they were going to send me a physical check for $14 to refund the difference in the records when they first went up. I've been in contact with them so I don't know if anyone else got that, but heads up if you bought the records from the Circa store when they first went up. Weird that its a physical check, though, and not just a PayPal refund.

I always get my mailman a gift card to Amazon for Christmas each year. That was it's not a direct cash tip but, I mean, you can get anything off Amazon so it kind of is. I usually put it in a card and wait for him to come by a few days before Christmas Day and go out, shake his hand, thank him for the past year, and give him the gift. One time I wasn't going to be at home so I had the card hang from the inside of my mailbox by a piece of tape so that he didn't mistake it for outgoing mail. He's a good dude.

Complaints are valid. These are overpriced and the why does Topspin charge so much for shipping? It's not like they'd lose out by offering media mail, but they're certainly missing out from people not buying due to $20 shipping. Right? They've always done this and it pisses me off.
