  1. I wonder when the hell they're going to put up any more copies for sale. I couldn't afford to buy into the kickstarter at the time but would really love to have this. I'm starting to wonder if they even pressed any more copies than they had backers.
  2. I had to get a refund for my copy because I got sick of waiting and needed the money. Therefore they should have at least one more copy to sell. Maybe try messaging the band or Hundo on facebook?
  3. Wow. Thanks for the effort in getting the info and transparency in divulging it all.
  4. I remember that much being posted, but I'm wondering how they got to re-license it after AFS already had it licensed. At least I assume they did considering they were making announcements about hoping to have it out last year and working with Walter on the layout/inserts. Did RJ just straight up lose all the money he presumably put into it to get the ball rolling? I assume we'll never know, but I'd still like to.
  5. Anyone got a lead on a site to stream NFL games? I live in MI but am a huge Bills fan (don't ask). I have a Sirius subscription but watching the Jets game today would be obviously be much better than listening. There was one site I used a couple times last year but the video constantly froze and I believe it got shut down anyway. If you know of one and wanted to PM me a link, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
  6. SRC has it as well. I had some store credit from canceling something else so I just grabbed it from there. Obviously it was the /2500 green version.
  7. Good. They need to hurry up. I remember not being able to believe how good almost all of the non-single tracks were when I finally borrowed this from the dude next to me in the dorms. I let him hold my recently bought Static Prevails. '97 was a year of all kinds of discovery.
  8. How could you leave out that the infamous RJ was the one who originally got the rights to it and was "working" on reissuing it through Academy Fight Song? That's probably the best part of the story. RJ ends up being the villain and then Justin the superhero saves the priceless treasure from the evil-doer and delivers it for the good of the masses. During the whole TOYPAJ fiasco, I felt bad for everyone who got ripped off, but my main concern was whether I was ever going to get my hands on a copy of this without blowing a prohibitive amount of money. This album was my version of what Nevermind was to most people. It was my gateway to better things, a sonic revolution to my ears. Thanks to all those involved in finally making it a reality. Also, I'm starting to not be able to handle your avatar. It reminds me of how much it pains me to know it was never pressed. Do you have the two 7"s they put out before they signed to Epic? I lucked out and got them both off Discogs.
  9. I couldn't care less if Rap-A-Lot represses it. I just want to see it done. I'll be ecstatic if this new stuff is enjoyable, but I'm not holding out any hope.
  10. I'm hopeful this will lead to a Moon Is Down repress as well. Also, I just stumbled upon this new band that sounds like something most other FSF (any era) fans would probably like and figured I'd pass it along. http://muscleandbone.bandcamp.com/
  11. I got a black from Dine Alone since their site actually worked, but I really wanted the green/yellow swirl. I'm still trying for that on SRC but I must've tried 25 times by now without success. I can hardly believe any of you got through. This is a real pain in the ass.
  12. I didn't get video of Storyteller, but I did get the other new song they played on Saturday. These guys, The Swellers, and Pentimento delivered the best sets of the day in my opinion. Daylight and Pianos Become The Teeth were solid. I didn't catch Citizen, Empire Empire, or Homelife like I wanted to though. All in all it was a killer day, especially after having scored a Stand Tall tour 7" personalized by Mr. Bentley with a Bills logo for the biggest Bills fan west of Lake Ontario (that's me, no I'm not from there, don't ask why I put myself through the pain). Here's the new jam called "Two Year Plan".
  13. Orange 9mm - Tragic Handsome - Handsome moneen - Are We Really Happy...
  14. Both Homelife songs on that 7" are fantastic. I wish the Bike Tuff side would've come out more listenable because they're very solid too. I wish they could get a decent recording budget behind them because they deserve to put out something that doesn't sound like a rough demo.
  15. Just got my copy today. Shit rules, and I'm going to say "I told you so" when everybody else quits sleeping on them. Punknews put up a full stream last week here: http://www.punknews.org/bands/homelife Wake up.
  16. It's up. Ordered! Thanks for making this is a reality. It has been on my wish list ever since I started collecting vinyl a few years ago.
  17. Thanks for the update. I hope this comes out as awesome and as ahead of schedule as the Park records. SRC fucking killed it on those.
  18. From the Hundo facebook page: "April 17: Commitment 2LP purchasers: Thank you for your continued patience. Should have some new info for y'all soon & maybe another test press to give away?" Source: http://www.facebook.com/hundoproject
