What kind of sleeves are you using for your box sets? For instance, I have a few the size of the Bob Dylan and Wilco I need to sleeve up.

Yes, definitely some surface noise, even after a Spin Clean. But other than that, the mastering is exactly the same as the CD and seeing as this was sourced from digital, I'm not sure what else was expected here. Can you be more specific here? Which tracks?

The reissues of Perfect From Now On and Keep It Like a Secret, along with You In Reverse (all mastered by Kevin Gray) all sound great.

Yes. And it's pretty funny if you ask me. TIM tried to play it off as some mystery band who sent them some demos anonymously... no one gave two shits... and then when it was revealed that it was Ty Segall (and Charlie Moonheart) all these people started scrambling to find a copy. Just look at some of the recent eBay completed listings. It's being repressed, by the way.

I've ordered vinyl twice from Amazon. The first time my record came in the "Before" packaging (just the record with those plastic air pillows) and the next time another came in the "After" packaging.
