they said on a FB post that it was the jackets only. i think the on-the-disc photos were for marketing only. If you look close, you'll see all those jackets in the pics are signed.

Vinyl is live. The limited white vinyl is pricey and i think there's a mistake. The white vinyl are the numbered and autographed ones.

I'm assuming you guys are talking about deejay so I can't help much there as I ordered mine from HHV and paid the same night. However I just noticed HHV isn't sold out anymore? Maybe try canceling your Deejay order and ordering through HHV instead.
