In other news, the 6 month anniversary $180 3LP for 'Call Me, Maybe' looks sick. 2012 nostalgia, you got me again...

I don't know if this or the Linkin Park thread is a new low for VC. This band sucked 10 years ago, and it sucks even more now that perspective has put radio-ready nu-metal in its proper place.
 
At this point, if Creed announced a vinyl reissue of Human Clay, I honestly don't know which way VC would swing. And that is insane to me. This board is not just about the existence of vinyl y'all, it's about listening to music worth the vinyl it's pressed on.

This is why I reshrink wrap a record after every listen. Each time I go back to put it on is like the first.

All I can think of looking at that is Nickelodeon and Gak.

I’ll be getting posters this Friday and will then ship out the first batch of sets. Since I do not yet have the first round of items shipped, I don’t want to take any more orders. So give me a minute to get the posters, process the first round, and then I’ll make a bunch more available. In other words, I WILL NOT be taking orders wed. night. Stay tuned. It will all work out. I have next week off from work so hopefully this fiasco/clusterfuck/whatever-you-wanna-call-it will be all wrapped up soon.

By the way, I am going to insist that those who have successfully purchased stay out of subsequent rounds as it relates to specific records. I think we all get it. Ok to order a different record second time around, but I will not, for example, ship a second Electra record to someone who already successfully purchased the same first time around. Let’s all play nice.

Just received my copy (ordered from Mogwai website) today.  Packaging is awesome, vinyl is heavy weight, and it sounds spectacular.  I do not regret not waiting to see if a US distro was going to carry it.  This record is so good.

If you weren't so busy trolling along the interwebs you might have read about it or something. Judging by your grammar and use of caps I'm sure you have some reading comprehension. So, to resolve this in the easiest manner possible I've added you to my blocked bidders list. I have no interest in your money. I'd buy Hybrid Theory or Meteora if they were, say, $12 or so. I guess the conclusion that can be drawn here is that my adult life will be devoid of Linkin Park. Can't say I'm sweating it too bad.
