I got interested of this band thanks to Pink being involved as I dig her voice but not her own material that much. Youtube comments are ridiculous, quite a few seem to be "taking sides" and don't see You+Me as friends making music together. I'm looking forward to hear more for sure. Speaking of: Opening track for the album. I like this one much better than the previous song they posted. Based on these three songs out there so far I'd def like to pick this record up. Would be strange if the vinyl is so limited it won't reach instores globally.

Currently following Converge around Europe, 6 shows down 5 to go! After Converge it's time for Chelsea Wolfe & Deafheaven twice in two days and if tickets still available, Agnostic Front on the 17th in London.

I bought this record without ever hearing her voice beforehand and I absolutely love everything about the album. Definitely top atm for album of the year for me. Also on sargenthouse instagram noticed Cathy mentioning to someone this would get next pressing as clear /300 so if you are yet to pick it up and would fancy color rather than black just a heads up. (I do hope the comment was about this and not some other record - sorry if I misunderstood).

Good to see this continues! I'd love to see at the end of every month "repeat your favorite challenge from this month". I have lots of other ideas as well but seeing this is likely to continue from March onwards as well I will post these later for consideration.

Get it from some euro distro and your problem is solved. If it's about some exclusive variant - then everyone ordering abroad should have been getting used to those murderous shipping fees by now and just suck it up.

Getting a kneecap tattoo is definitely on my list. Just out of curioisty as it's different for everyone, what other spots you considered worse than kneecap / or as painful? I'm adding another image to back of my knee (kneeditch?) on Sunday. Last week I had the first part of the idea done and for me this was definitely the most annoying placement so far.

Shirts are important. Awesome things have happened thanks to what one might be wearing. Occasionally I might wear a shirt by a band who plays the same night BUT the shirt hast to be a special DIY kind. One time the band I went to see liked my shirt so much they asked me to make one for them so they could use it as a model to create a shirt to sell to other fans too. Gotta admit the shirt was (still is) damn great. Then there's of course those times when you and your friend are scribbling something on to a white shirt maybe couple hours before the show because you had such a great idea earlier: Also I don't see it as terrible etiquette mistake when wearing a band's shirt to their gig if that band is the clear underdog of the night - eg first time in new country supporting some more well known act or so. This way is also easier to strike up a conversation with strangers after recognizing someone wearing a shirt that was only available via preorder or so = definitely fans you want to say hi to. I've met cool people thanks to them breaking the unwritten rule. Wearing shirts that are somehow affiliated is also fun but to make it difficult to myself, there's a fine line how to do it. I would not wear a Converge shirt to Doomriders gig but the other way around it would be ok (except I would not risk a Doomriders shirt by wearing one to a Converge gig).

Not sure if someone already pointed this out elsewhere (tried to search) but Kings Road has Jane Doe clear w black / 1000 and No Heroes yellow/1000 up for grabs.

If this continues after Feb as well, here's couple ideas to consider that could be interesting: - Record that was bought from a show - Album one could have bought just for the cover artwork - Album cover dominated by certain color, eg green. It's fun to browse the feed on days when the day's theme is something visual (=looking forward to Feb 20th for sure!)
