Princess Logan
Oh my gosh, Action Action. I'm going to spend my day listening to every band brought up in this thread and I will thoroughly enjoy it.
futures
Action Action was my jam. Clarke broke all of his bass strings at Bamboozle 2005 and he gave me one of the bass strings after the set. I made a bracelet out of it. I still have it. I loooooooved The Audition's first album, too.
AlexH.
Not getting the whole acoustic versions of albums from 10-ish years ago thing going on lately. Yeah, I definitely don't need every single album I listened to as a child turned into an acoustic album...let alone need it on vinyl. In this case I have to assume they're doing this because 1. Victory has an iron grip on all their masters with no plans to ever relinquish them, and Tony Victory is a huge dickhead so they likely still haven't seen a dime of royalties despite selling over a million records 2. People only like them for their old stuff 3. CDs are dead and it's hard to make money on a digital-only release So I get it. Just knowing their singles though, I have to assume an acoustic version of this record would sound fucking awful.
makeshiftrigger
I never listened to them when they were big. That being said I actually enjoy this acoustic album, but you'll probably think I'm biased from my signature but it is the truth. Could be because I've grown and just appreciate it for what it is. The album does sound really good to me and I prefer the acoustic. Should have songs up on the InVogue YouTube page.
