burntwolf Posted December 3, 2014 Share Posted December 3, 2014 Back on Black did Spreading the Disease, Fistful of Metal (2x10"), and State of Euphoria (2xLP on yellow) Wax Cathedral re-issued Among the Living (not limited and still avail I think) I was eyeing the Persistence of Time on blue but hadn't found it for a decent price. I was actually interested in the original German press b/c it was issued as a 2xlp. I have the originals of the 3 I really like-Living, Euphoria, Time) and my standard reissue rule applies. If the original can be had for roughly the same price and can easily be found, go for the original press. But sometimes I just can't help it and pull the trigger on these things. Some are a bit cheaper than the new anyway. I have Among the Living, Fistful of Steel, State of Euphoria, Attack of the Killer B's, and Spreading the Disease originals. I had a friend over last week who brought his 2 new copies of AtL and SoE. No doubt at it, we both agree that new ones are not so good.
