Gippej
A lot of people think she's the toughest and I agree.Tougher than the final chalice dungeon boss? Well damn, now I'm super dissapointed I missed her. Hardest for me wax Logarious, blood starved and the three shadow fighters. Tbh, almost all of the later bosses went down in one or a few tries, even gherman.
rooks
Only father guac, vicar Amelia, and the German took me more than 3 tries.
Gippej
Gherman was second try for me. I have no idea why the three fighters were so hard, I must have been under leveled at the time, but I think they killed me 20+ times. Blood starved was hard because I was still such a noob, and Logarious...he's just a douche.

I wasn't taking the chalice dungeons into consideration. My hardest three from most deaths to least were: Ebritas, Vicar, Logarius

Gippej
I think I was about 88. It was so nerve racking starting NG+ with almost 200,000 echoes and no doll! I just quickly ran as far along as I did in playthrough 1 until she awoke lol.

This reminds me so much of demons, ends the same way, get tons of souls from final boss, NG+, can't level til you beat 1-1... Managed to take on Exwcutioner Miralda without dying and then 1 shot phalanx.
dapeebs
Out of curiosity, has anyone found any great benefit from leveling their bloodtinge? Seems like a fairly worthless stat unless you want to use guns for more than just staggering foes.

I'm tempted to go that route myself when I go for a fresh build.
Shelby
I switched to Burial Blade as my main and love the fucker. I swear it gives way more health when you counter after getting hit.
rooks
Yeah my next playthrough is going to be skill/bloodtinge and the chikage/burial blade. Once the guide comes

Bladew1ll1s1sdead
I've read this entire thread and I am way too bad at DS to attempt this game. I'll buy DS2 for like 5-10 bucks and try to beat that

Better in every way plus dlc
Shelby
This is weird I'm enjoying and much more addicted to the game in NG+ than I was for the original playthrough. I guess it's because I have the mechanics down better and know my general fight style.

Gippej
Are the chalice dungeons a set difficulty? Or are they harder on NG+? Based around the level you are when you make them?
eight1echo
Are the chalice dungeons a set difficulty? Or are they harder on NG+? Based around the level you are when you make them? The depth of the chalice determines the difficulty
Shelby
Getting a hang of the Burial Blade but I need a quicker weapon for bosses, prob gonna go with Blades of Mercy. Anyone know how tough it is killing Eileen at the beginning of the game so you can start off a skill build with Blades of Mercy?
rooks
Your easiest method is to get to 5he part we here she fights the hunter at Gascoigne place. Go there and just let the other hunter kill her but make sure you take killing blow, maybe? Look that part up now sure how her loot works. eight1echo
If you kill her while she's fighting Henryk she's easy, 1v1 probably a lot harder, haven't tried. Blades also cost 40k echoes I think.
