sgoodcore
I've honestly replaced my CD purchases with digital purchases. Less packaging, etc. If I buy CDs its exactly as mediocore has it: - Shows - Used Bins - Vinyl Inserts
kurtz
Mostly used bins. I don't buy cds anymore unless they are less than $6-$7.

AlexH.
Best Buy, but only if it's by one of my absolute favorite bands and it will not come out on vinyl ever. Or trade old CDs for it on Swaptree. Or shows, actually. Probably mostly shows.

bouncingsoles123
What the fuck? What's with all the hate on CDs? Used is a cool way to go, but mostly record labels and good package deals (Whoa Oh recently had 5 for 10 bucks)

controlthebleeding
i usually buy cd's through mailorder or at our local record shops when something isn't available on lp.
Guest vito
never in stores. way too fucking expensive. http://archivecd.com/ is my favourite label going right now. only cds i avidly collect (have over 30 in the collection). otherwise if it's a cd only release with no vinyl edition in sight, i get it from the band, label, or distro. otherwise it's always vinyl + mp3 over cd. kyle
I bought the new Andrew Jackson Jihad EP on CD at their show on Sunday because it's not available on vinyl yet. That was the first CD I've bought in months. In the last year I've probably bought less than 10 CDs and they were mostlly all from shows. Got a couple good deals on CDs from No Idea ($1.99 rules!). slymer
I usually buy mine used off of amazon.com or I just go to the bands website.
heavyheavylowlow
Amazon.co.uk Selecta Disc (best indie music store in the UK) iTunes if it's digital only (i.e. DEP's Plagiarism, P.TM's Devil Say I, I Say AIR) or, as most of the time they don't get released in England, straight from the band I honestly don't know how people can cut CDs out of their music listening completely, most of the bands I listen to it's the only way to get their music. kirbypuckett
I've bought one CD in the last year, the new Weezer album, only because I collect their stuff.
