He is on a mission to prove last year was a fluke and its why Im happy we didnt buy him out. Completely different team with Cally back and Asham in the lineup, I saw more toughness with those two in it. Nash was everywhere tonight. Pouliot could be the best steal of free agency with moves like that...if only he can bury those opportunities. Its one game so I wont get ahead of myself, but against the Kings on the road (team favorited to win the cup) its a nice sign. Granted two of those 3 goals were flukey (if you call the Voynov tip in a fluke)... they dont ask how, they just ask how many. He played 37 games for the team and racked up 49 points. There weren't any Shae Weber jerseys unfortunately. The jersey itself is great. Poor play means absolutely nothing. Also fuck Hertl. Honestly though those goals were on Biron....not very hard to score on that mongo. But fuck that last goal was awesome.
