who wants a limited to 1 O Pioneers LP?

HAHA, math is so useless. I remember in High School going, "when am I going to need to use all this?" Guess what? You're not! I have two buddies who took advanced calculus in High School (one was in a class of four because they were the only kids who could take the class) and neither of them ever use that shit.

It's so funny because they've forgotten more math than I'll ever learn and it's just a waste.

Hey! I use that shit every day.

Of course, I'm also getting a BA in physics...

But math is good for your soul.

its silly to say that youll never need math. you never know what you may want to do with your life when youre in high school. maybe YOU dont ever have to use math in your daily life, but i know plenty of people who do. and clearly being in higher level math classes in high school helped to prepare them for that

that's still like high school math!

Differential Equations isn't HS math...

I wish it was, then I would have had something interesting to do...

Yeah, I went to Calculus BC (which is like Cal2) in high school and we did differential equations. I'm fairly decent at math but I don't really enjoy doing it.

I'm an electical engineer and I don't use any math beyone algebra.

We called calculus "calcuseless" in college because we knew once we were out we would never see it again...

Are they teaching the Wronskian and Gradient in AP Calc now?

Shit, I missed out.

  • 1 year later...

I'm stoked Andrew "refrained from talking to much shit" (although thats like me saying "i'm going to refrain from calling andrew a limp dick right now" and expecting the point not to be taken) since Justin didn't actually charge 150+ for the record, and instead I ended up giving him 50 to help get Capital records pressed, a worthy cause in my book.
