Got mine from Banquet - looks like it was dropped from a tall building. Oh well - still plays fine.

Both of my inner and outer sleeves are totally fucked, split all the way through. It's a bummer but considering how cheap the shipping was and the handwritten note from banquet that came with the package, i'll live with it.

First off, sorry if the bump got any ones hopes up about this being for sale somewhere.

I was unable to get it unfortunately but I wanted to note that there's pretty much no way these are limited to 300. The amount that's on ebay and already completed plus how many places this was for sale at shows this. I bet it was a pressing of 1000 or maybe more.

I got mine from Jumbo Records today. It isn't in very good shape. One of the corners is smashed in, and the inner and outer sleeve on one side is torn the whole way through.

All in all, I am not very impressed with the packaging, as a whole. I guess the intent was to make it nondescript and plain. All black, no writing. But the outer sleeve is not made of the nicest cardboard that I have come across. I didn't really know what to expect with it, but I would be lying to say that I am not a little disappointed. At least I got one, though.

It's easy enough to just buy a replacement cover and sleeve if they are completely generic. Most record stores carry the 12" black covers. Do these have an info sticker or anything like that?

Yeah, I imagine it would be easy to replace. There are no stickers or anything of the sort on either of the sleeves.

i assume a lot of these will have damaged covers, but thankfully they are plain. the generic black cover is a good bit larger than the inner sleeve and that left a lot of room for the record to move around.

Also Four Tet posted this to their twitter a few days ago so don't pay the extra for it now if you can wait a week or two:

"More ego/mirror getting pressed at the moment... hope to have it in the shops soon."

Mine arrived today also. Ordered mine from Bleep. Looks like it's been bent eighteen different ways then bent again for good measure. Flimsy cardboard wrap did nothing to spare this 12" from the havoc of international shipping. Two sides split, one pretty bad. I'm sure when I get this thing on a turntable it will be warped. We'll see.
