This happened in November. You have not responded to our pms, emails, or asking you in your threads. You have a label that you are starting soon and this is how you treat customers? by stealing their money and not sending what they bought. You havent even acknowledged this. If stuff had come up a simple heads up would work but you left us in the dark. People on Deadformat are also bitching about this.
