swisherprice Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 It has been over 7 hours since, but I was 0637 and ordered at 11:10:33. I got the order received email not even a minute after I placed the order, and the status was "sent to warehouse" on the email. However, when I check my order status online I get the server error, and have been getting that all day. I had to call customer service shortly after the order was placed, because my birthday discount didn't show up. She said it was no problem and got it fixed for me after I gave her the order number. That took me down from right under $50 to $43. Even though I see the card charge in my bank account it hasn't actually been fixed, still says the higher amount. I only bought two and I feel I did it relatively early due to the 0637 and order time, but I can't help to feel a little worried due to no shipping email yet. Mine just said shipped, I was also given a tracking number. prior to seeing that i was unable to get past my order # link so I coulden't tell you if auto-check was there or not. Do a "forgot password" and then type the code in with lowercase letters instead of copy/paste. I don't know why, but that's how I got it to work for me.
