after my fourth listen, it's definitely a keeper and i have no regrets ordering the deluxe box. in my mind it's like BS with the best parts of It's All Crazy mixed in.

Yeah, i've heard a few people say it sounds like a mix of the past three albums and i can agree with that sentiment. i really like it so far.

i think my favorite part of the album is the pun in "Fiji Mermaid" and the corresponding "ugh!" in the background. The guys in mwY always seemed to have a good sense of humor, so its nice to see that reflected in another one of their songs.

Oh, and the middle riff in "Bear's Visions of St. Agnes" sounds totally like "Flamethrower," which is awesome.

what pun? at what second in the song?

The part where he says "Maybe there'll be a bakery hiring we'll need a little dough to get us by." i believe it is the third line of the second verse.
