I think it's because the items were at a physical store first and shoppers went through it and stole stuff. But then they still sold it to me, which is really shitty of them. Got a refund though. If you buy a used record, it will most likely be a used CD. If you buy a new record, it will most likely be a new record. If they fail you, their return policy is very smooth.
