Really weird considering those are what my jobs have been for the past 3 years. Also, waaaay too early for this shit. Good luck and have fun! Have you gotten to the "UNIONS ARE EVIL INCARNATE. IF YOU EVEN THINK OF BRINING A UNION HERE YOU WILL BURN IN THE FIERY PITS OF HELL" video yet? That one was my favorite. Also, make sure you get someone who will spend time with you actually learning how to work those damn phones. For the couple of months I worked at Target, I never figured out how to put someone on hold successfully and hung up on too many people.
