I've been wanting to start, but never know where to start. Really all I want to download is stuff I already have on vinyl. I've never backed up my downloads and have had two computers crap out on me and then lost all that music. Now I've been backing stuff up on some old thumb drives I had, which probably aren't the best method, but are better than nothing. You get so many warnings before they shut off your connection. Just get a VPN and you'll be good. My IP address shows that I am downloading shit in Switzerland / Canada, so it's not really 'me'.
