Anyway, he walks in our room and tells me he made up a new song. Then he tells me, "I can't remember it right now, but it has something to do with some fools stealing my money so I can't buy my medicine." When sending money to someone via paypal, to you have to have $ in your paypal account or can you use paypal to transfer it from your bank?
