They guy already paypaled me the money, and the next day he left me a positive feedback and the money is released to me and in my bank account now.. Heres the kicker, i havent even sent the item yet. its still sitting here in my room. so heres the question, do i be a good person and send him the item today and such or do i keep the money since i already have it and resell the item for some more money? is there anything he can claim through paypal that he never recieved it? even though on my feedback that he left says "quick shipping..." what do i do? i need opinions. and is there anyway for me to get fucked by paypal? it would be a colossal dick move and yes he can file a claim and he would win Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've had a few Noobees feedback me right away before, I always send them a message to NOT do that till you get the item, and it's because of people like you.....if you knew they couldn't file a claim, you'd rip em off.....That's why people are able to file a claim, for assholes that think they won't send shit . Yes he would win......And you could be booted of ebay if you do it enough. What's your ebay name, so I know not to even fuck with your auctions..... Nothing confirmed on the number pressed but it's rumored that there are only 100-200. Since Backspacer was released last fall, there have only been a handful of white LPs to hit Ebay, one of which was auctioned off for charity by Tom Tomorrow (who designed the cover/artwork).
