jhook
I saw it last night, I highly highly recommend it. It is very well made and is a must see for fans of both bands.

birdwell
finally got to see this yesterday. it was amazing. had a Descendents cover band play (featuring Carter Wilson from Coliseum on drums...flew back from NYC to make the show, Andrew Schwarts from Dolarhyde/The Fourth Estate on bass, Chayse Porter from The Urns on guitar, and Daniel Drinkard from Fat Sandwich Records on vocals) finished their set and it came to knowledge that a Descedents tribute band from another city came in to watch Filmage so they just kind of took the stage and started playing an impromptu set. made for a really long day being at work (on or off the clock), but totally worth it. easily the most fun I've had a show since Deafheaven this past June. can't wait for Filmage to come out on Blu-Ray/DVD

Many of the sites you enjoy in the states don't work in many countries due to various laws, agreements, etc. With some technical know how and some ambition, you can work around it. But for the most part, you are correct. Regional licensing and restrictions keep you from being able to load up iTunes and grabbing the same content you'd have access to in the US. mpitts
I was at the Flint screening of this at the end of December and it was awesome. After the movie, Jay from Suicide Machines, the drummer from The Swellers and a couple of members of local bands played a Descendents / ALL cover set. It was a good time. billya
I got to see this in Chicago before Riot Fest last year with Kriss and co. I enjoyed it. Afterwards we got a panel with the Descendents/ALL (minus Milo, but including Tony). It definitely gives you an appreciation for who they are as people, too.
