Then I figured out how I'd heard him related to Electric Wizard before and my mistake became clear. This is the same dude who does Acoustic Wizard. I guess it's only fitting that the music of his other project so closely resembles the lords of doom when he has self-professed his acoustic project as a "dedication to the greatest band from Dorset". Goya freaking rips. And you NEED to figure out a way to release his AW stuff on vinyl. As I've gathered, he was sure that he wouldn't be selling the songs in any form but from what I've gathered he's now had a change of heart and bought the rights to the originals so he can sell his versions through bandcamp. Not sure if that would involve pressing them on vinyl though. He seems to be toying with the idea though. He has taken down all the songs that were previously up for free download which (I can only assume) he chose not to buy rights to. I've still got them if anyone's interested.
