thebiglebowski
I was looking at Hurns and he's still available and I don't think he'll get picked up any time soon so I'm gonna sit on that too, as for depth on my bench I feel like Lee has more of an upside than Hurns, I could be totally wrong here but I feel like Lee could be an emerging WR2 especially now that Shorts is out. Reminds me of Colston -- big guy that catches everything, without the breakaway speed. Colston was a major contributor out of the gate as a 7th round pick. Lee has the title of first round pick, Hurns has dominated him out of the gate in camp and the preseason. Take your pick on what you want to bet on. thebiglebowski
Gordon's Espn note says that a drug deal could be reached between NFL and union next week. Points out that there are plenty of complications -- Gordon also faces dwi and was caught before the start of this league year. Still, I guess he's worth hanging on to for another week. whoshotthefrog
Sucks I have Lacy and Ellington as my RBs in one of leagues. Same for me, but thankfully I also have Reggie Bush who I moved from flex to my RB2. I also picked up Dwyer just as insurance in case he is out for an extended period
seangj
Should I start Gerhart, or hold out hope for Ellington/Dwyer Monday night? I handcuffed Ellington with Dwyer.
thebiglebowski
Just start gerhart. Take the clear starter. You might run into something like a split workload tomorrow or have Ellington start and leave the game.
thomasj182
Should I start Gerhart, or hold out hope for Ellington/Dwyer Monday night? I handcuffed Ellington with Dwyer. My gf has Ellington but we never cuffed him with Dwyer, luckily he was available on waivers. My opinion on this is, unless Ellington is 100% he'll see limited playing time. I had her start Dwyer, regardless Dwyer will see playing time. I can't see ARI giving Ellington a full load in the first game, possibly exacerbating his current issue. Gerhart is the safe play here but like I said Dwyer will see playing time, possibly 3rd and goal/goal line situations.
thebiglebowski
Crabtree is game time decision. I had make the call to go with Kaepernick over Stafford. Makes it a tougher call if Crabtree doesn't go. Still have a couple hours to think on it.

thebiglebowski
Stafford all the way. Even if Crabtree was in, I'd still make that choice. It's the matchup -- Dallas was second worst d against QBs last year and Giants were 10th. I might be overthinking things though..

thebiglebowski
Wait until he has bortles throwing to him. I feel like I'm stealing chino's thunder -- not often people are talking about the jags other than in discussing whether they will get the #1 pick next year. thebiglebowski
I could have done without leveon breaking one. Cooks appears to be heavily involved in what NO is doing. Good sign. You never know with rooks but one good game can really ease your worry level.
thebiglebowski
I've got Keenan Allen and a 6 point lead against Fitz. Hopefully Allen doesn't get shut down by Patrick Peterson.
