  1. Hey guys & gals. Just wanted to pop in & give a big thank you to all the amazing fucking people I've met on here over the last year & a half. You know who you are. & you've truly made an impact on my life. VC has been quite an experience. I wish you all the best in everything that life throws at you. Take care of yourselves, & each other.
  2. Yup, Shane Black (also Lethal Weapon, Last Boy Scout, etc...). KKBB is such a great movie. Gotta see if it's on Netflix now, haven't watched in years. Haha, you'll get there! Damn baseball trumping horror. jk!
  3. You'll probably hate all of these, but my go-to's. And Napalm Death. All Napalm Death.
  4. Oh totally agree. It was great being able to actually understand the action sequences rather than have it shot for 13 year olds with ADD. Easily in the top 3 movies of the year.
  5. In terms of vehicular action, I'd agree. In terms of straight-up gun/close combat action violence, I'd have to go with Dredd. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
  6. Whenever possible, go with Bull Moose.
  7. Totally understandable. Life gives me anxiety. I still have to send you something. I have no idea what.
  8. TRUTH. But in all fairness, the lovely winter hat was a gift
  9. Especially considering most of the slurs used were by the main kid/hero of the movie, & the uses were never challenged or confronted. Interestingly, the same writer would make a movie 20 years later called Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang with a predominant gay character & little-to-no homophobia. Guess he woke up.
  10. First time watching it was last night. Enjoyed it for sure.... but yeah, I mentioned the slurs used in the st thread. Sadly it was pretty common in 80's flicks. Thankfully after the 1st 10-15 minutes I didn't notice them used again. But man were they used heavy in the beginning :/
  11. True. Not everyone sucks Just human beings as a whole
