  1. I like to think that they're only squeezing one of my balls rather than the whole sac as is the case without the coupon.
  2. Man, those Tyler Stout pogs were so rad. I remember all the kids in 3rd grade trading me their Dunk-A-Roos for them.
  3. This release is so vinyl bubble that you have to dip your stylus in a tiny plastic bottle of 'magic solution' and blow to keep up with the onslaught of variants.
  4. So is everyone happy with their copy of this album which has no doubt arrived over the last few days, exactly as promised by the label? What's that you say?? They weren't true to their word and it will actually take longer than a month to place these vinyl records in sleeves?? Shock!!! Horror!!! Have you no shame, Peppermint Daydream Records, Inc.??? ::sniffles:: ::tears::
  5. I'm either over-worked, under-rested or a combination of the two: I originally read the tile of the thread as Gary Numan is going to "dü" a Hüsker box set and was a little confused. (Maybe I've just been listening to too much synth.)
  6. Am I alone in thinking this would have been a much more enjoyable release had they just pulled a Mondo/Twin Peaks and done a single cool color in a nice, high quality sleeve?
  7. Y'know, the Dwarves have always been one of those bands whose album art I always feel benefits from the larger canvas the LP sleeve provides over the scrawny CD booklet. Anyone else agree?
  8. It's been up a whole day and they haven't sold a single one of their fifty $252 test pressings. I'm in disbelief.
  9. I love that this band is getting so much attention and they deserve the publicity (and income) from all these reissues and endless variants, but I just can't help to think in the back of my mind S U R V I V E is going to end up being the Herb Alpert/Barry Manilow for children born today, filling thrift store and second hand vinyl bins & yard sale cardboard boxes with the dozens of variants that were released in the Stranger Things Hype of '16.
  10. I'm 99% sure you're right. (And if there's any record store large enough and designed in such a way where no one would notice something like that, it's the one.)
  11. Looks like the same price as Books-A-Million and Light in the Attic to me?
  12. Did FatBeats really sell out already? I keep getting an inventory message.
  13. Any other places online have these releases up? I'd especially like the Big Star.
  14. Volume 2 is going to be released with a sister app for iOS and Android. You're going to need to ride a bike outside and hunt for the one hundred and fifty one different colored variants using GPS tracking. You can either catch them in the wild by throwing waffles (they're usually hiding in hollowed out trees) or "hatch" them in the shed out back. When you come across other Strangér Things Go trainers collectors, you'll need to pit your vinyl against theirs in "Upside-Down Gyms." It's all very original.
  15. Not sure if this is cool to request or not, but I'm a little short on cash for the time being, does anyone have a twenty dollar bill they can give me? Andrew Jackson means a lot to me and I'd love to be able to honor his legacy by spending paper monies bearing his visage.
  16. Yes, they're amazing and will probably email you a response before anyone can answer you.
  17. You just know there's some little Main Street record shop in some tiny town in Idaho or North Dakota somewhere with all the original pressings (rare variants, of course) sitting on the shelves - sun-stained and gathering dust - having been marked down to a buck a piece and still not selling.
