Just got done watching Die Hard because I've got the Christmas spirit.

This year was awesome for concerts for me. I finally got to see a lot of "bucket list" bands, like Neil Young and Sigur Ros, and got to see three awesome shows at Red Rocks, which I think is the best venue on earth.

I'm always surprised by the amount of people who can't seem to navigate (or god help them, park) their cars  during the first few snowfalls, as if it's completely different than any other year.

Impressive. I was expecting the car to hit the UPS truck.

It's like $80 less for an OM 30 than a Bronze styli. Comparatively, the OM 40 levels with the black, and the price difference is over $225 less... enough said

I'm finally going to pick up the foil press of Empress rising and a copy of The Well's new record.

Never.  I've ordered from Bullmoose around 20 times and I don't think I've ever received any damaged records....with the exception of a couple small seam splits.  They typically use those awesome reinforced mailers with the extended edges.

This is the saddest news I've heard all day.

There's just something magical about seeing an entire room screaming along to No Children. John is such an amazing songwriter/storyteller too. Absolutely fantastic.

Try seeing them live in a tiny venue. One of the best shows you'll ever see.
