Definitely looking forward to killing time at work with your video again this time around @BullMoose

Thanks very much. It might be different this year.

Any way to get a little info on Brave New World? ;)

This is what we know. It's 2LP on 180g vinyl. It's limited to 2500 copies. Gatefold cover with printed sleeves. No download.

Yeah thats actually why I erased that bottom part. Totally realized that when I saw on your website that DBS was being released on it's own that day. But thank you for this!

Oh cool. I didn't refresh the page until after I posted so I didn't see your edit.

Oh thank god.... I only want Death By Stereo and already ordered it from Bullmoose... Looks like I'll be sleeping in this Black Friday!

Side note... Bullmoose is actually letting you preorder BF RSD titles on their website. Not sure if this is an error or what but yeah.

To clarify, we are letting people pre-order only the non-RSD titles. Friday is a normal release date, so there are many other things being released. Death by Stereo is one of them.

We lumped them all together on our website. Maybe that was a bad idea. Sorry if that confused anybody.

  4. looks like untitled.unmastered is getting it's first physical release on cd this friday. No word on a vinyl release yet

We were told vinyl is not on the schedule yet. Based on the past, I imagine that we will see a legit vinyl release in 3-4 months.

Also, TPAB has been "cut out" on vinyl, which means they are no longer making it. It's probably going to be hard to find once available stocks are depleted.

  5. My guess is the 2/26 release date will be on black vinyl. Its also up for pre-order at target and B&N. If you want a variant, last chance is probably the webstore on grey (green sold out sometime earlier today).

Conversely, my guess is that Target, B&N, and any others with a 2/26 release date (Amazon, Bull Moose, etc.) will be getting the grey variant but aren't aware of the pressing delays yet, i.e. the 2/26 date will be pushed to sometime in spring as stated on 6131's webstore.

The most current info available to us from the label is that 2/26 is still good. Here's their kind of rude description of the vinyl & package: 'Standard weight colored vinyl in jacket with 11” x 11” insert with download card. Vinyl color is either clear blue or clear ("get what you get").'

You could be right that the pressing delay hasn't been communicated to us yet. The vinyl color could change too. Anyway, that's the last info we have!

  6.

Nice. Hope that includes the Re:Call compilation too (the only thing I need from this box really).

That's correct. Re:Call and everything besides the six studio albums are exclusive to the box.

  7. Thanks, Ryantark!

I should have been more clear. I made it to that section, but didn't know what it meant by entering my Frequent Buyer Number (From the back of your card) - is it talking about the debit card I just used to purchase everything?

You can ignore that part. That's only relevant if you have a BM card from one of our physical locations.

Ryan, thanks for jumping in there!

  8. There are still plenty of US pre-orders still available as well: Soundstage Direct, Bull Moose, Acoustic Sounds, and so on...

Only thing is, none of them have a hard release date, so no idea when it'll appear.

Nola and Down II have been removed from the schedule, so unfortunately we have no idea either.

III and IV parts 1 and 2 were issued on cassette in October, for what it's worth.

  9. Color me excited.

Also wanted to gladly report that my copy just showed up from Bull Moose, and it was packaged in a tank-of-a-mailer with no shortage of padding inside.  Zero seam splits, and nothing that can be considered a corner dent or ding.  I don't know if I just got lucky... but after the suspicion / talk of easily-damageable jackets, I'm pretty elated to own an immaculate copy of this thing.  Not even miffed that I paid a good bit more than $26, either.  It's beautiful and well worth the wait over the years.  It'll be a bit before I can spin it, but it feels good just to see it residing on my shelf with the rest of the Sigur Rós collection.  My "one of these days..." record list feels naked now that I've finally checked this one off of it.

Glad to hear it got there OK.
