  1. I don't think $100 is worth it. The last two times I saw NIN was for less than $100 combined. These prices are outrageous. Don't worry if you missed the presale though. None of the venues will sell out on the regular sale. Not at these prices.
  2. Got my copy today. #73. Looks beautiful. Hope it sounds as good as it looks.
  3. Middle Cyclone was fantastic. Hoping this is as good.
  4. Wow, you have me excited. Takk is probably my favorite SR album. Sounds like we have similar taste. I have only heard one song from it so far. Really excited for the vinyl. I downloaded the leak, but I haven't brought myself to listen. I like leaks to help me decide if I want to buy the vinyl. If it's something I know I'm going to buy, I don't listen to the leak, although I almost always download it anyway.
  5. Dang, I'm tempted. I love the album, but I'm moving in a week and could probably use some money. Let me think about it.
  6. Only thing I have on your list is the Dredg album. Only thing I need/want from your list is Takk. I'm not even going to ask.
  7. Somewhere within the first minute of the song. Can't recall the exact spot.
  8. Do you have the copper or the black? My only MOV pressings are Alice in Chains Unplugged (sounds fantastic) and Throwing Copper (sounds okay, certainly not unbearable).
  9. Debating what to do here. I have an original copy of Purple, but it has a little skip on Big Empty. The rest of the record sounds great. What to do, what to do.
  10. I'll buy this on the blue vinyl. Definitely. What's the deal with the tape? Why would anyone want to buy a tape?
  11. My copy (ordered from Amazon.ca) had no distortion issues. My equipment is not as good as yours.
  12. There's one on ebay with a starting bid of $100. I bet it goes for less than $200.
  13. I did say "some" actual worth. I doubt there's even $20 worth in it though.
  14. I was referring to the risk of flipping it. I guess from one perspective, people collect things because they are valuable. If no one will pay $250 for this after today, then does it really have the value? Of course, other people collect things to have them, look at them, etc. At least one nice thing about this is that it will have some actual worth, since it is made with precious metal.
  15. I'm relieved. I'm sure the thought crossed a lot of our minds when the release was announced. But $250 is an awfully big price to pay. Too much of a risk for me.
  16. You can try it, but I guarantee you won't get that much. You might not even get your full money back after ebay fees. I bet half the sales are going to ebay flippers. They'll be 50 on their by the end of the day.
  17. No one is paying $250 for the music. No one will ever even listen to this version. It's a collectible item. For the record, I passed on buying it, at least for now.
  18. These are just presales on the website. My interpretation is that they will ship in June. I think they have a set number in mind, but I don't think they are pressed yet. They'll only accept as many orders as they can press in a month.
  19. I might be wrong. It's just a theory. Why is it taking a month to send them out though?
