I prefer the definitive edition simply because I hate the way the back to black version has the opening of Reptile on one side and the rest of the song on the other. The definitive edition got it right. And I also prefer the slightly more aggressive sound it has. They are both quality. 

They are still working on figuring our how to ship the birds alive in the boxes without causing seam splits.

In regards to the sound of Vol 1, I had no issues with my copy. It sounded good but not amazing. There was nothing wrong with it. 

It doesn't suck. It's just super mediocre. Most bored I've been listening to an album in a long time.

Mine also plays fine. That stinks that some people got bad copies. Why don't they just keep this album in print? Enough with the limited releases.

The image for the bundle on the website clearly shows two records coming out of one jacket. There's a lot of stupid shit that goes on in this record business. It's always nice to get some clarification.

Is being dull with no sign of a sense of humor a requirement for people who troll this forum?  I bet you're on here every day, aren't you? I bet you have like "Frequent poster" award and get off when you get a like on your dull, shitty comment. What's ridiculous is living with your mom in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, broke as a joke. Enjoy shoveling snow so your mom can get her 1987 Buick Skylark out of the driveway to go buy her cigarettes.  
 

I can't think of any reason I would want to mount my record collection on the wall like that, not to mention that if you have more than like...3 cubes full, what then? Also, train your dog. If you can't leave records safely in a shelf anywhere it can be reached by a dog I'd imagine you can't leave anything else near or on the floor either.
I mean...what happens when it chews up your couch, gonna hang that from the wall too?

I hope they press it and then Amazon ends up selling a bunch of copies for 10 bucks again like they did with Now Here is Nowhere. 

Young Modern is far and way their worst for me. My order is Diorama, Neon Ballroom, Frogstomp, Freakshow, Young Modern.
