I feel the same way. I don't hate it, but I definitely don't love it like I was hoping I would. I feel like Brian couldn't decide whether he wanted to write gaslight songs or Horrible Crowes songs with Get Hurt. Maybe it will eventually grow on me.

I received mine the other day and surprisingly I think it sounds pretty good too. Very little to no surface noise. Happy with my purchase.

Joe Lally lives in Italy but also seems to be the one most ready to go in past interviews if there ever is a reunion. Heres to hoping.

Just heard the first release for the first time and right off the bat I really like it. It sounds like Yellowcard to me. There's usually 2 or 3 songs on each release that are more pop than the others and this sounds like one of 'those' songs. I Can't wait to hear the rest. And like Cwhit kind of said, With the exception of Lights and Sounds which I still like just don't love, so far I think each record is a little better than the last.

No mention of The Joy Formidable? Would you consider them in this category or are they too rockin? whatever you want to call them I love this band.

Ok so I finally found an adapter for the plug, plug it in and all the lights sparkle like a Christmas tree. Stoked! Unfortunately there's only crackling from one speaker, and nothing but dead silence from the other speaker where there should be music. So now i try my first stereo cleaning ever and hope I don't make it worse. I took it all apart, gave it a good canned air dusting and cleaned all the pots and connectors with a deoxit type cleaner and try again. Perfection! Honestly it sounds just as good if not better than my Marantz PM6004. I only need to find an extra knob for the bass and i'm good to go.

Martin, on the back it's already locked into the120 volt setting so I'm assuming the adapter is all I would need correct?

After over a year of scouring thrift shops, I found this beauty today. I've been searching for a vintage kenwood or pioneer receiver like this for a while. Only problem is it has a European plug so I honestly haven't a clue if it works or not. For $10 US, I figured it was definitely worth the risk. Just waiting on my plug converter and DeOxit spray from Amazon. Other than the deoxit, can anyone give advice on what else might need to cleaned and how?

Anyone know when CC was last repressed? $5 dollar jump in price from the last time when it was swirl. Ordered regardless. Happy to finally have a complete Blink collection.

I can't speak on yield, but I have a friend with an original pressing of avocado and he says that pressing is compressed as hell and doesn't sound very good. I can't imagine the boot came from a better a better source so it's probably not great.
