Truly great company. Ill gladly pay a few more bucks for their stuff. I've been waiting for the Rites Of Spring record to come back in stock for what seems like a year now. Maybe a new repress on colored vinyl is coming? That's my hope anyway. Just recently purchased a few new Jawbox reissues, the last Evens record, and the two Channels records that arctic rodeo released from them.

I LOVE my Focal 705's. Great mid range. Very smooth and warm sounding all around. IMO, for that price I don't think you can find a better bookshelf speaker.

I have these as surround sounds for my entertainment center. Sounds pretty great while watching a blu ray but not a lot of bass in them. I bought a separate pair of Focals for my turntable though. But yeah at $65? VERY good price. Looks like the price is back up to $129. Still not a bad price for the pair.

Even more pumped for the record after hearing the new song and seeing the new video than I was after seeing the first video. For some added shinfo, I cant wait to get some Chicken and waffles later. Digging the new long haired look on Keith Buckley

I was in the market for some new bookshelf speakers myself recently. I had narrowed it down to the Focal 700 or Klipsch RB8's. I went with the Focal 700 V bookshelf speakers 3 months ago and absolutely love them. The Klipsch had more bass, but were more bright overall than I cared for. The Focals on the other hand had great mids and just sounded more warm overall.

Just got word from Vinyl Conflict that they won't be there tomorrow. They are the main reason I go so now I'm not sure if I'm even bothering. There's always some good vendors but I definitely drop the most cash at VC's table whenever they are there.

I received a notice a few days ago that my copy was supposed to be delivered from Amazon this upcoming Wednesday, but this morning I received a 'delivered' notice in text form. Amazon delivered this on a Sunday?! Not complaining just surprised. Anyway it sounds really good. I'm very happy with the audio quality and can't wait for What's the Story to go up for PO.

I don't get why people wouldn't like it for all the reasons you just mentioned. I love this record. It sounds great on Vinyl too. I hope for more from them in the future.

Are you looking for original pressings because you're a completist? Because the Mofi versions sound pretty amazing.

Asbestos and Shop Radio Cast still have them.

I'm assuming that Dischord Records will get these eventually. I just purchased a few new Jawbox Represses there along with the Arctic Rodeo Channels releases. At some point they also had the Arctic Burning Airlines releases but those sold out really quickly.
