We can all agree that The Fox, The Crow, The Cookie slaps though, right?

This is band approved incase anyone was wondering.
I've seen them confirm it to some people on Twitter but it's weird they don't just tweet about it themselves. I feel like it'd already have sold out if they tweeted the link.

I have a first pressing of this but hot damn that variant is pretty
I bought this because I love pink records and it'll be nice to have a copy that doesn't have Virgil affiliation.
Also my OG came with a nasty seam split. Fucking Virgil.

From Jeff's label Quote Unquote:
I have no bass experience and I don't like ACDC...but I like to drink a lot, so I feel like I could've gotten that gig with a couple months prep. They did kinda go overboard with getting the dude from BTBAM.

Were they legit mad that their bass player left to play with ETID? I'm assuming both that this is real and that he played bass.

It does. Saw them back in 2004. Good show.
But how dope were Logic of Crocodiles and Jimmy Tango's Method though? I saw them 04, 05, and 07. The downside to their constant output is that a lot of those songs will never be played again.
Im so bummed I'm missing their 3 boat shows, Saint Vitus, and the XMas show. They always bust out one or two old cuts for those things. If they dust off Prom Song or some shit I'm gonna be pissed.

Just ordered and don't care about the price - one of my fave albums and a cool looking variant too. Now I'm just scared to see what other versions may pop up elsewhere...
I wouldn't be surprised if this was it. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more either, but better safe than sorry.

It's also cool to note that Jacob Bannon did the art for this album.
It's crazy how many album layouts and band shirts he did back in the day.
Edit: Now the official band Twitter has responded to someone verifying this is legit

Adds 1 to cart.
"Quantity not available"
Someone might have been fucking with their cart inventory because they still seem to be available as far as I can tell. Got most of the way through checkout before backing out and removing it from my cart.

Andy replied to someone on Twitter saying it's legit.

My thoughts are that this COULD be legit. I know there hasn't been a repress because all Ferret stuff is owned by a major label now. So some random press of 1000 could happen because it'd be pricey or impossible to do more. At this point, who fucking knows. Grabbed it regardless of all of that and having an OG copy.

The Fox, The Crow, The Cookie fucking slaps, but yeah I couldn't get into that album either.
I remember seeing a live video from that time where they played a mellow version of January 1979 and introduced it by saying "We wrote this when we we're angry but we aren't angry anymore". Like, they're your songs...but January 1979 is so good because it's a little bit angry (to me it always sounded "urgent" more than anything)

If Lars wasn't a coward he'd release the multitrack stems.

I really enjoyed it too. Check out the trailer for Hell Fest. New movie coming soon with a pretty similar preface.
Yeah, I saw that trailer in front of a few movies this summer. Seems like the same movie, but without the *wink nudge* horror fan stuff and (spoilers for Blood Fest)
It looks like in Hell Fest no one believes there's a real killer, while in Blood Fest it's just right away that everyone is getting killed
So different enough tonally that it could also be fun.

He mentioned that he wasn't going to put them up for a while. I didn't bother to ask why because it seemed a little odd...
It's a gamble. It's usually best to strike while the iron is hot, but sometimes after a bit the price can go up.

Someone who buys blurays hook my boy up with a DL code.
Since I've been stuck on the couch recuperating I've just been watching movies for the last few days. As far as horror, I've still got Summer of 84 and The Bird With the Crystal Plumage on deck.
Also, I saw The Nun (Moviepass) and I knew it wouldnt be good...but holy shit it's irredeemable garbage.
-
That means they didn't clean the plates between pressings. Enjoy all the surface noise.

Blood Fest was hella fun. Way better than I was expecting.

I can't believe all the hate this is getting. It's not a grind record at all but it's still a pretty solid release.
Yeah, it's great. I love it.

I like the album more than Phantom Arm, but not as much as Prowler In The Lawn. Way better than Magazine Burner.
It's better than 36 Duracell Batteries too
-
Only halfway through and obviously it's not another Terrifyer or Prowler but this is heavy as fuck and I love it. I even like Army of Cops in context of the rest of the A side.
-
Pretty hype to get mine later today. Although my local post office has been seriously botching shit lately. I've been having shit go out for delivery and then not showing up for a day or two.
Pinwheel looks dope. How's everyone liking the album? I know a lot of people hated the first single.
