  1. This weeks haul: We Lost The Sea - Departure Songs - /150 - Bone Kokomo - S/T - /75 - A/B Purple 12" + C/D Green 7" Outrun The Sunlight - Terrapin - /100 - Bone
  2. I'm still hoping it's that ghostly woman cover.
  3. Is it bad that I can barely remember a time on VC before Gumbo?
  4. Truth is, I'm a sucker when it comes to the most "limited" variant.
  5. Ordered mine off their BC page back in June. Got shipping notification on the 8th so should arrive shortly. Matt Harvey was even kind enough to switch my order to bone instead of clear. Pumped!
  6. I would grab immediately if there wasn't another album in the works. Unfinished box sets irk me to no end. On the other hand, flight to SF is booked so I hope to shoot the shit over some drinks with some of you on the 6th.
  7. It was hard to justify spending $30 on a shirt, but it felt right to pick this up: http://deftones.merchdirect.com/products/56605-2015-cancelled-european-tour-t-shirt
  8. I think I enjoy the s/t more, good release nonetheless. Like Don, I too am still digesting a lot of last minute 2015 albums and will probably have to go back and fix my top 10 for the year.
  9. Found there guys thanks to Ben Sharp. Easily in my top 10 of 2015. https://fourstrokebaron.bandcamp.com/
  10. Ben Sharp mentioned these guys on FB, figured I'd share since they rock: http://fourstrokebaron.bandcamp.com/album/king-radio A Sound Of Thunder is killer.
  11. Then said they were, that was over a year ago so who knows. I have a list of albums I'd want to press if I ran a small label out of my basement and it's high up there. One day.
  12. Help! It's not finding tickets when I hit the button. Can you pick me up one? Edit: Nevermind, worked on my mobile.
  13. The limited editions are in a magnesium housing, not aluminum. Not like it changes much but still, it looks damn nice.
  14. Not a huge screamo fan, but this album managed to make my top 10 this year. Will pick up a deluxe.
  15. Well seeing as you guys pretty much covered the top 15 essential Post-Rock albums, I figured I'd throw in a few gems that I have fallen in love with over the years (some might be a bit math-y/prog-y): 1. Powder! Go Away - Closer To Cold 2. Tides - Resurface 3. Barrows - Imprecari Island 4. Yodaka - Yodaka 5. Omega Massif - Geisterstadt 6. Irepress - Samus Octology 7. 7parsec - Red Comet 8. Tarentel ‎– From Bone To Satellite 9. The Waters Deep Here - Sunden 10. Meniscus - Absence of I 11. Sleeping Bear - Sleeping Bear 12. Our Ceasing Voice - When the Headline Hit Home
  16. Figured I'd share my two favorite Black Metal albums as of late:
  17. They really are the best. Here is my Post-Xmas haul: Phantom Winter - Cvlt - /100 - Black/White Mix (AOTY, highly recommend giving a listen) Vattnet Viskar - Settler - /??? - Blue/White Marble toe - Hear You - /150 - Solid Yellow
  18. Then you will like all their 90s-early 2000s material. I personally enjoy Enemy of the Sun the most right now. Listen to Cleanse/Raze the Stray and tell me what you think.
  19. Live it is then. Although it would have been nice seeing all three shows, having Converge open is too good to pass up. This time I just actually have to go, went to Seattle back in November for the Kowloon Walled City show but I passed out and missed it.
