This will be out via Century Media Records (source) on March 3rd (EU / AUS / NZ) and March 4th (US/CAN) and there is also a first songs called "Rahabh"!

I contacted Century Media for more information on vinyl and they said it will be black, 180gr. and not limited.

Preorders are already availible through all standard retailers (Amazon etc.).

"Recently the Delaware/New Jersey sextet has inked a worldwide deal with Century Media Records and will release its second full length album THY WILL on March 3, 2014 in Europe/Australia/NZ and March 4, 2014 in USA/Canada.

Nathan Gray (vocals) about THY WILL: "A new ethos is born...Come ye daughters and sons of chaos and mystery! We intend to rebuild and create the archetypes of rebellion and revolution against self induced repression. Reveling in anthemic battle songs of lust, pride and indulgence in order to create a ritual purification from the stagnant impotence of servitude and self denial."

THY WILL was engineered and produced by John Ferrara at Portrait Studios who also engineered and produced I AM HERESY's "O Day Star, Son Of Dawn" EP. The album was mastered by Kevin Mattesky at Phantom Center Media. - See more at: http://www.centurymedia.com/newsdetailed.aspx?IdNews=13757&IdCompany=2#sthash.uMRGXSZS.dpuf"

Hi. I'm new to the board and have been into vinyl for about 2 years. Buying records sure can be addicting. Duh. I'm digging a lot of classic rock, new wave 80s stuff but also pick up new albums too. Anyways, I thought I'd share a pic of my modest LP collection. Thanks for all of the other pics, they helped me choose my expedition. I love it.
I also have a huge CD shelf. Maybe I'll snap that next.

Because religion blows and gay people are fucking awesome....

I am not going to feel bad for the "poor persecuted Christians."  The book that they use to justify their beliefs has done so much damage to the world that all of the criticism and skepticism is completely deserved.  And having an opinion about "religion" and "god" is a completely different thing than bombing abortion clinics, persecuting gay people, persecuting women, justifying racism and murdering in the name of god, all of which is justified by the bible.

Here's my two cents. I'm going to skip this release and it really bums me out. Even though I'm an atheist, I loved Kensrue's subtle religious undertones in Thrice's music. It was thought provoking and poignant but never outright preachy. The sad thing is he probably reached more people with "Gods word" or whatever with Thrice's music than he ever will with this because when you write songs that have that kind of blatant and over the top message it is going to turn off a whole lot of people.

I just received the newsletter from a distro of my trust (greenhell.de) and they will have an exclusive colour on this one! This will be out via End Hits Records. There isn't a official announcement yet but I contacted them in late December and they were teasing such a release.
I will update this post as soon as there is any further information.

Really glad that they're finally releasing all the stuff that is not available on vinyl yet although I would have liked Tomorrow come today more but I guess this will follow !

The releasedate (according to finestvinyl.de) seems to be 3/14 in EU

    UPDATE #1:
First Preorder + exclusive variant (Gold /300) at Greenhell.de [those are nearly gone!]http://www.greenhell.de/katalog/screamo_emo/detail_27346.html?page=1&searchstring=misery%20index&bezeichnung=band_album&searchmediatype=-1&listcount=15

    Second Preorder at flight13.de (blue /700) http://www.flight13.com/details/107876/boy-sets-fire-misery-index

    Third Preorder at finestvinyl.de (blue/700) http://www.finestvinyl.de/de/item/68821/vinyl.26.html

    UPDATE #2:
Official announcement by End Hits Records
"Eight years after BOYSETSFIRE(official) released "The Misery Index - Notes From The Plague Years" on CD it will now finally be available on vinyl on March 14th through End Hits Records.

The bandmembers and friends of the band talk about the extremely difficult process of making this album happen in the extensive linernotes.
And it of course comes with a digital downloadcode.

    PLEASE NOTE:
Due to licencing restrictions this version will for now only be available in europe.
We are working hard to officially release this important album in the US!

The golden version seems to be sold out already - you can still pre-order the Blue Vinyl "

If it does continue, I'd like to see every 3 months. That way a bunch of new comers could fill in a bunch of gaps in their collection without feeling like they're posting the same things each time.
I've seen so much minor threat and fugazi so far. Also plenty of guns n roses. And it's good to see a few Paul Simon - Graceland records pop up(one of my favourites!). And also a couple of others have posted some hard-ons too. Which rules because all of us have posted different hard-ons records that I've seen

For me, most of the fun from doing this is listening to some records that don't get played very often. I'll usually pick a record, take a picture or two, put it on, post a picture while listening to it, and then check out this thread.

I have a few more records coming within the next week but here's what I have right now (The ones in frames are all colored variants and are my favorite ones, hence that's why they are in frames. I'm getting frames for Dookie, Shenanigans, and International Superhits soon)

But even 13 year old me would laugh at anyone that bought this.

Now here's me, 20 years later shaking my head in disbelief that anyone would actually consider paying good money for this crap.

OK, so Ill try to be brief.
Goodwill is a giant umbrella label and unfortunately with so many apples in the barrel there is some bad ones.  Goodwill is ran independently region to region, so my experience/knowledge is only what the STL area does for our community.  We helps thousands of people in our community in a number of areas.  We have housing for battered women, work programs to keep juveniles out of jail and off the streets, and yes our biggest outreach is helping to train and employee people who would not other wise be employed.  This employment is not mainly in our stores but in various environments depending on their work skills/abilities.  We have one workshop where works strip used computers to be recycled, a large crew that cleans offices/factories at night, and teams that repackage "local brand" products for area stores.  Some of the people in these work shops make more than me and yes some of them make less than minimum wage, it is based on what their work output ( basicly a per peace pay and not hourly pay.)  We are non-profit company and every penny we can raise goes into local organizations.

That being said our reasoning for online sales is we want to make as much money as we can to help as many people as we can.  We sell items in stores at reasonable prices most of the time, but yes some items have a high value.  The average customer we get into a store does not look to spend hundreds of dollars on their visit for a diamond ring or top of the line record player so we sell them online to broaden our customer base.  Once again I can not speak for every areas sales goal online, but only what I do locally.  Yes some of the stuff we sell goes for more than it's worth, but a lot of it sells for way less.  I would say about 75% of what we sell goes to resellers who buy from us to make a profit themselves.  I have 0 problem with what ever people do with an item after they buy it from us, but in my opinion I want to try as hard as I can to get as much money as I can to our organization and not let people buy stuff cheap from us just to make their own profit.

On that note...I should get back to work.  Check out what we have for sale because you never know what you will find at Goodwill!

Glad someone besides me jumped in with the explanation about the voice not being affected. That's all about training your voice to exist in a higher range. And speaking from personal experience, it is difficult. (Especially in the morning.)
I actually came out as trans to one of my managers by playing the true trans ep while taking him home.
"She's still singing like a dude, though..."
"Well, speaking from personal experience, it's really hard to sing in a higher register because the hormones don't affect it and training the voice is really hard, especially when you've been screaming and yelling and growling in a band for over a decade."
    "Wait, what?"
