So news of a new Armor for Sleep album apparently leaked. I know Ben teased that the band had been compiling old/new material for a compilation album of sorts on Lead Singer Syndrome a few years back. I am so stoked at the prospect of new material from these guys!

Honestly the most interesting solo stuff he’s released since Avalon. 

This record is still so solid. A shame it didn’t get the reception it deserves…

Anyone else who ordered Subliminal Verses from Rough Trade showing a release date of 11/25? I see this is starting to go out from other retailers, wondering if maybe I got the unfortunate luck of being part of a second batch…

Got tickets for Brooklyn night 2! SDRE has slowly become one of my favorites, can't believe I get to see them live in 2022!

EDIT: They aren't even posting a tracklist? If this was all tracks from the first two records I'd buy it in a heartbeat but their unwillingness to share details tells me it definitely isn't.

A little odd. If this truly has not been finished yet, I doubt vinyl will be out until this time next year, EARLIEST.

The boys did not disappoint. Saw it was out for delivery today and got excited to spin when i got home, only to realize it had my old address on it. PAIN

This album is still great. Not as good as IGOR but man was it my summer ‘21 jam. Hoping for a variant but I’m just stoked to spin it LOUD.

Looks like the first press of Pono has been delayed to late July according to the Topshelf order page. Real bummer, almost a year preorder. Been dying to spin this.

These will go crazy fast. Think they pressed like 5000 for Hot Damn! back in 2019 and there’s still demand for that record.
