I bought Hydroponic Garden on clear from these guys and my copy sounds great. When I was running my CF brush over it before spinning, a lot of light-colored fuzz came off of the records. I wonder if that is what is causing the complaints about the surface noise...people not cleaning the vinyl? Barely any noise at all on mine.

So, I never heard anyone comment on the sound quality of the Ori &TBF release. Mine isn't shipped yet because they bundled it with Hero of Time, so I have to sit on my thumbs for another 2 months. Does Ori sound as amazing as I have been hoping it does?

It sounds like you might be talking about outgassing, which happens with those thick PVC sleeves such as the ones you see on picture discs these days. The chemicals in the PVC leach out onto the vinyl surface and cause all sorts of sonic issues. I've never seen it happen with paper or antistatic sleeves though, which it sounds like you are indicating. Is...is it is possible your house is made of PVC?

So, does Analog Spark do limited runs? This has been on my wantlist for some time, but budget is tight right now...would love to be able to commit the money in a month or two if it will still be available.
