You don't have to cancel your order with Amazon....they'll automatically adjust the price to the lowest pre-order price before they charge your card (that is, from the point that you pre-ordered until the release date).

Yeah, I couldn't blame you for going that route. There's nothing about the film that demands it be seen on the big screen.

That's a good point. There definitely weren't a bunch of strawberries floating around the show. I'd be shocked if they even parted with 100 of them throughout the course of the weekend.

I'm a big fan of Bishara's scores, however his work for Annabelle didn't seem all that fresh. I'll have to give it a proper listen on its own whenver it is released. As for Annaebelle, it really wasn't that bad. Not what I expected to say the least - far more Rosemary's Baby than Child's Play/Dead Silence. The acting was a bit clunky at times, but not a bad experience overall.

I've been a slacker so far with this endeavor but tonight is my pick, Vamp, so I'm going to do my best to tune in. Everyone needs some more Robert Rusler and Grace Jones in their lives.

Interesting. I contacted them a few weeks ago about cancelling one pre-ordered item that was holding up an order. They got back to me within a couple days saying it wasn't a problem and that my Glassjaw would be going out that day and to expect to receive tracking. Flash forward a week and I sent a followup email because I never received tracking and my paypal wasn't refunded for the cancelled item. It's now been almost a week since sending that email and there's still radio silence. No emails, no record, no tracking, no refund.

Yep, that's the spot. I'm curious to how fast the strawberry variants go... JP went like a poster drop, but I can't see Shaun being quite as popular. Hopefully everyone can snag one who wants one.

Early reviews have been pretty unfavorable and it just looks cheap. I also talked with joe bishara (who is scoring again and playing the 'demon' as he did in insidious and the conjuring) and he definitely gave the impression that this one definitely wasn't going to be either of those two. I just hope it isn't a train wreck.

Bear in mind that the screenprinted GOTG poster that this artwork is taken from is selling for $300-400, so the ability to get this for $50 has me quite pleased. I'm more in for the art than the record itself, actually.
