We all thought that huge announcement was going to be a repress, when it turned out to be a tour (I honestly would rather see them play it front to back than own it), but if they released it as some super amazing tour repress, I sure as fuck wouldn't complain.

There's a defiance version of SSTB right now on eBay 140 buy it now. It's the only version of SSTB I'm missing but I just can't afford that right now. Good luck on your search OP! I found someone willing to sell me theirs for 245 about a year ago, you should be able to find something.

There are like 3 or 4 MM- Long drive on eBay now, but you're going to pay around $200 for them. They are stupid rare. It's easily one of my favorite albums ever and I want it badly, but not that badly.

I don't see how it was ever a fiasco. I doubt MOV did anything underhanded, they were simply caught between two feuding parties. More than likely, Universal screwed over TMV by selling the vinyl rights to MOV at the last possible minute, right when they were about to revert back to Cedric & Omar. And of course, Cedric flies off the handle in a completely irrational way... Then, behind the scenes, cooler heads hash out the details... Letting MOV sell through their pressing and recoup their investment, then getting the rights back to TMV so they can release THEIR vinyl versions without competition.
 
In the interim, the customers get Deloused for a fair price than the previous $200+ market value... AND better sound quality than the original. If there's any "fiasco" in this, it's that MOV wasn't able to push out Frances before the lawyers came calling. A reissued Frances probably *will* sound great, but I don't see it for sale before 2015... And I wouldn't be surprised if Cedric charges you upwards of $50 for his "officially sanctioned" version.

Picked up Against Me! and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. Great cause and pink vinyl is the best, so I HAD to go for it.

Exactly!  All I want is to be updated, I don't mind further delays, just want to know what's going on.  I get a little pissy when I've already paid someone money for something and feel like I'm continuously being left in the dark about the status.  It's an investment that I'm looking out for.

I'm kind of bummed, I've picked up all of these except for enema of the state. I never thought I would have any (much less ALL) Blink 182 on vinyl, but I figured fuckit! I grew up on them, may as well. Now I wish I could find enema for NOT $40 on eBay...
