got an email from amazon.it. if I got it right, the item now has an estimated shipping (or delivery?? the original word is "consegna") date of 3rd - 9th december. It says I will get another email once this has been shipped out. That's good news, I guess.

really jealous of you guys already getting your hands on it. It's cool to know that these turned out so good! Still no info whatsoever from amazon.it though, even though their scheduled release date has now passed.

would actually love to get my hands on a copy of the lyric booklet, especially at the discounted price. However, with shipping included it's still coming out at $20.. bummer. US folks will surely love this, though.

wow, that would be awesome. I love that track a lot. There's just so much awesome stuff in their store, but filling my cart with a few things makes it $99 shipped to Germany for four records. I really, really want to, even though pretty much half the total price is shipping costs. Does anyone know whether IDIB offer refunds on miscalculated shipping? Or have USPS prices just gotten THIS fucked? Will probably pull the trigger regardless when that Cherry 12" goes up...

just got the clear w/ pink variant in. Stellar pressing quality; this record is seriously dead quiet with nothing else but the music to be heard - fantastic pressing job.

not interested in the label or JW's music at all, but this surely is great news. This must be a huge investment and I hope it will pay off.

yep, Dog Knights is from the UK, folks! Quite many German smaller mailorders and DIY distros carry their releases though, and shipping might be cheaper from them! Not sure though whether this new pressing will reach them or when that would happen. take a look at Koepfen Records, I've ordered from the guy before and he is super nice! They carry a copy from the 2nd press .

I'm with Travis on this one. Joy, Departed didn't really grab me, but this is really a fantastic record. Probably its effect is also bigger because it's a little shorter and rather an EP than a full-length. Not really my type of music for this season, but in the summer you'll be really happy to have this to spin.

sooo... considering this repress I'm a little bit on the fence. Some have posted about the flimsy packaging of this. I could however live with this fact IF the production and sound of the vinyl are really good, this is what I would buy a copy for anyway. What can you say about this? I really would like to own this album but not if shitty sound keeps me from spinning it more than once.

hopefully this will show up in European record stores or at least amazon.com - otherwise this is likely to remain unaffordable for me.

Ha! Glad you're enjoying it, I'm going to give it a few more lstens and decide then. I really enjoyed it to the point where I thought to myself "well, what's missing now is some good vocals" - and then they hit. Not sure whether this will stick with me more than Tertia did, but it is for sure that it's a great album.

Can you tell something about the EU indie exclusive clear/black color-in-color press? There's a copy in my local shop and I am on the fence about it. Should I come around to getting a copy, I would like it to sound as good as possible. At least, as far as I could tell from the pictures on discogs, that variant looks totally awesome.
